Air Canada Airport Customer Service and Call Centre Agents Strike Notice

It is business as usual for Aeroplan. Our members can continue to book and redeem for flights with confidence as Air Canada will continue to operate its regular schedule and honour all flight reward bookings in the event of a strike action by the CAW following today’s strike notice. Air Canada is also committed to reaching a negotiated settlement with the CAW and avert strike action.

Not surprised given what I had there over the past 2 weeks equates to one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. It had me wondering if anybody within this organization talks to each other.

It is business as usual for Aeroplan. Air Canada assures us and our customers that we can continue to book Air Canada flights with confidence and we will follow the situation closely.

As for the tickets that you booked with Air Canada, I encourage you to go here for the most up to date info from Air Canada. http://www.aircanada.com/en/news/trav_adv/labour_updates.html

    Hope that helps!

We have flights booked with Areoplan points & also paid tickets for the Calgary Stampede. Should AC employees go on strike, how will this be remedied for those of us missing our events. Full refunds on Credit cards? All points returned to account. We could not delay these 2 trips as one is for a school reunion and 1 is for the Stampede.
