Imagine if you had 1 million Aeroplan Miles deposited into your account right now? Where would you go? What would use those miles for? Would you go on a fabulous round the world trip? Would you donate your miles to one of our charities?
The possibilities of using your 1 million miles are endless. We asked some of our Twitter followers what they would do with their miles. Most of the people who responded said they’d use that 1 million for travel.
Here are some of the top travel things to do with 1 million Aeroplan Miles:
- Take 10 friends to Bali in First Class
- Round the world trip via Paris, LA and India
- Australia First Class with friends
- Bring friends and family somewhere hot and sunny
- Travel to Europe, including London, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, Madrid and Prague
- Travel to Istanbul, Jordan, Egypt and an African Safari
- Attend the Monaco Grand Prix
Although almost everyone said they would use their miles to travel, 1 person went a completely different route.
His idea was to give 25 deserving people 40,000 miles each to travel. We definitely thought that was worth mentioning!
So what would you do with 1 million miles?
I would use to travel for doctors appointments and to bring a family member with me for support. I would also give points to my Aunt who has be most gracious in allowing me to stay with her which reduces my living costs.
I would start my holiday with my mom , dad and brother who all live within 200 Km of me, then I would fly in my brother from Boston my sister in law,niece, great niece and nephew and we would all head to Australia so we could join my other brother , niece and nephew and have a family reunion on a beautiful beach in Australia
I would travel the world with different members of my family depending on where I was going. Paris with my daughter, Israel with my youngest son; Africa with my sister; Australia with my grandson. It would be the culmination of a lifetime of dreaming of seeing the world.

I would send my Mom and sister for a trip to the old country and work on my bucket list of destinations with a great friend (who’s never been anywhere)!
I would take my whole family who are separated by distance to Mexica, so I could meet my two grandsons and give my daughter and her 6 kids the Holiday they so desperately deserve. It would be so wonderful to all be together in one place.
the travel is…after all…still free travel using points..stop complaining..or pay their full fare tickets to lalaland and see if ya still go…
I would travel and travel more. Take friends and family to share the winnings.
